Kevin Boyle asked:
Hi,
Hi,
I have 4-5 blogs that I post articles too. Well as you probably know, this does take some time, so I’m looking for a blog tool that automates this for me!
I am NOT looking for an article submission tool or service, I am simply looking for a program that makes it easier to update all of my blogs.
Thanks all!

Windows Live Writer is an excellent WYSIWYG editor (like Word for blogs) for Windows. And it’s free. Get it from here:
I would highly recommend trying WordPress (www.wordpress.org), especially if you have an iPhone/iPod Touch – as you can write drafts and publish blog articles straight from your iPhone/iPod Touch!
There are programs that allow you to update all your blogs from them instead of browsers/separate logins. You don’t even need to be connected to the Internet except for when you publish. I recommend Qumana (but their website is down right now unfortunately).
If you were just starting out, and didn’t want to host your own and have UNLIMITED possibilities, one way would be to join WordPress.com and have your blogs under one username. TypePad might be similar, but it’s not free.
And if you have a good webhost, technical skill, and would be willing to use WordPress (hosted, and if you’re not already) and doing some work, you could put all of your blogs into one install of WordPress MU (multi-user). Be warned that not all plugins work.
The benefits of these is in only visiting one admin and logging in once for all – and just clicking on different links to get to post to each blog. It helps a bit.
Another idea is to make each blog a different section/subdirectory of a main blog, but you might still be able to style the layouts differently for the different categories. There are several benefits and downsides to this.
Of course if you change the domain name / URL of any blog it could lead to problems. Research redirection and “google sandbox” if you’re considering anything that will lead to that.
Blogger.com / Blogspot blogs give a feature:
email article with attachments to
And as you have configured it,
It can get published immediately,
Or
get saved as a draft …
However, Google Search Engines list Wordpress.com site blogs rather than their own Blogger / Blogspot blogs
